You can join the South County REALTORS® Association (SCRA) from the menu on the left before logging in. Click on "Member Signup" link in the menu on the left and complete our online application. The preferred method of payment is paying online with your credit card. If you can not pay with the preferred method you can print an invoice and mail a check to the address below. This is a secure application so your information is protected. Over 85% of our members used online Credit card payment with no issuses.

The 2009 Membership dues are $55 for REALTOR or LENDER members. (A REALTOR or LENDER Member is any licensed individual; i.e. REALTOR, Lender, or Mortgage)
Membership dues for existing members are $55 unless paid after January 31, 2009. Then the dues for an existing member will be $65. New Members can join for $55 at any time. A new member is an individual that has not held previous membership in SCRA. If dues are paid in October, November or December, they will be honored for that time period as well as for the following calendar year.
Note: All members, REALTOR and Affiliate, must belong to a real estate board; i.e. Santa Clara County Association of REALTOR’s, as a member or affiliate member respectively.
If you are a REALTOR® belonging to another major board out of the area and you would like to put a house on the SCRA Tour without joining, the one time fee is $35 per house, per incident.
The dues for an Affiliate Member are $55* per company (up to six non-licensed individuals). $110* for affiliate companies with more than six non-licensed individuals. (An Affiliate Member is any non-licensed individual) *If paid by Jan 31, 2009. If not, $65 for the $55 membership and $120 for the $110 membership unless new affiliate membership.
