SOUTH COUNTY REALTOR'S ASSOCIATION

Area 1 – Morgan Hill and San Martin

The tour meeting starts at 8:30 am each Wednesday at the:

Morgan Hill Cultural & Community Center

17000 Monterey Road

Morgan Hill, CA

Located at the corner of Dunne and Monterey Highway.  Please refer to the SCRA Calendar to determine which weeks are holidays.

You may call starting the Friday prior to the Tour at 9:00 a.m.  The deadline is the following Tuesday at noon.  The SCRA’s goal is to better accommodate you and your sellers by getting homes on the Tour in a timely fashion.  Let’s all work together for the continued success of the Morgan Hill Tour!

You must be an SCRA member ($55.00 per year) allowing you to place unlimited properties on tour.  All fees due from REALTORS® must be paid BEFORE the home can be put on tour.
